A platform geared towards social recruitment and with the purpose to generate more inclusive business relationships. It contributes to the re-insertion and growth of minority groups (e.g., women, African descendents, rehabilitated inmates, individuals from the LGBTI community, indigenous natives, immigrants, and refugees) in the work force through partnerships with companies, organizations, and governments.
