Inclusiva builds projects that result in more intelligent, inclusive, socio-politically participative, and welcomig cities. The company came to existence as a result of social-communal, interactive, and academic experiences of its founder, Deisy Fernanda Feitosa. She has always been burdened with the desire for a more equal, democratic, and accepting world and has earned tremendous support from others whom she has worked and interacted with over the past 10 years and who share her vision.
To truly experience the city means to actively contribute to its social and political structure.

Deisy Feitosa chose Communications and its tools as the core of her professional life. She is a people-person who enjoys talking and listening to other in hopes of discovering shared solutions to every-day issues. Deisy was born in Picos, a small town in the backlands of the Brazilian state of Piauí, and from a young age felt that her life’s purpose was to fight for a better world, unite people towards common goals, and raise a cry for change. She has always viewed communication as an important ally to fulfilling her call; therefore, she became a journalist and broadcaster, obtaining a Masters in Digital TV, a Doctoral degree in Communications Sciences, and a Post-Doctoral in Diversity. However, these achievements did not come easily. Deisy lost her father when she was only 12 years old and began working at a very young age to help with family expenses. She poured her energies into studying for she always believed that Education was the key to a promising and better future. Along the way, she met people who believed in her potential and opened doors so she could achieve her dreams and received strong support from friends and family. She maintained a scholarship throughout high school and later received support through public funding while attending university. Thus, INCLUSIVA came into existence founded upon the personal and professional experiences of a Brazilian citizen who, as so many others, faced the ups and downs of building a better life and carving a place for herself in the world.
Our motto is “For a More Digital, Committed, and Inclusive World” and our mission is to generate social and digital inclusion through our methodologies, social technologies and digital communication technologies. We understand that together, as a single network, we can find answers for making cities more intelligent, humane, and sustainable.
